This is concept art from the client. A .psd is on the way so don't wory about tearing apart the jpeg.
You will need to develop a plan for reformating the navigation and creating a flash graphic for the large cat graphic.
Plan your ideas on paper, don't push pixels yet. There are going to be alot of client constraints on your design.
